I experienced things that may have frightened me but was normal for fasters Why did you choose to fast at the Tanglewood Wellness Center? It was close in proximity What was your experience like at Tanglewood? It was enlightening and enjoyable What did you experience during the fast? Many sleepless nights. Extreme leg pain but a great comraderie How did you spend your time? Resting, reading, sunning Just purified water? Were you hungry? Hunger pangs occassionally, but they passed Did you get weak? yes What was the best part of the process for you?
