What is your weight now? 150 Why did you decide to fast? To clear up several medical conditions. What was your biggest apprehension going into the fast? NONE Did you ever consider ending the fast during the process? If so, why? Why did you continue/stop? No, not at all Did you accomplish what you set out to do with your fast? Yes! Would you recommend that people have their fasts supervised? Why, or why not? Yes for long fast. No for up to 3 days. Why did you choose to fast at the Tanglewood Wellness Center? Within close location to my home. What was your experience like at Tanglewood? Relaxing [mentally, physically] What did you experience during the fast? Some emotional cleansing & definitely physical cleansing. How did you spend your time? Watching movies, sleeping, resting, listening to self-help tapes. Just purified water? Were you hungry? yes, no Did you get weak? Sometimes What was the best part of the process for you? Breaking the fast What was the most difficult part of the process for you? Day 10, 11 [Emotional frenzy] Was it ever painful? no What are you experiencing now after the fast? 2nd day breaking it energy level is really getting higher Did you experience any changes due to fasting? To soon to tell. What kind of diet are you following after your fast? Fruit Is eating difficult for you now that you’ve complete the fast? NO Would you fast again? YES What advice would you give to other fasters? Stick with it. You will get through it. Additional Comments: How could your experience at the Tanglewood Wellness Center be improved? I just became bored sometimes, but the need for rest overshadows that.
