Did you accomplish what you set out to do with your fast? Yes. Would you recommend that people have their fasts supervised? Why, or why not? Yes definitively. Many questions came and they were ale to be answered. Why did you choose to fast at the Tanglewood Wellness Center? I have heard positive feedback about TWC. What was your experience like at Tanglewood? FANTASTIC. What did you experience during the fast? Lots of thoughts of “crappy” food. Less sleep. Challenging, but in a positive way. How did you spend your time? Resting, little bit of reading. Were you hungry during your fast? No. Did you get weak? Yes. What was the best part of the process for you? Knowing that I can be myself and feel safe. What was the most difficult part of the process for you? My mind was going crazy with food. Was it ever painful? Did you experience discomfort? Discomfort on the first week. What are you experiencing now after the fast? - Energy - Clarity - Grateful - Accomplishment Did you experience any changes due to fasting? I don’t feel bloated or heavy. I feel younger. What kind of diet are you following after your fast? Fruits and vegetables. Is eating difficult for you now that you’ve complete the fast? Not at all.
